While not excelling at any one particular feature, it nevertheless has a consistent quality across the board. My girlfriend, who does not use one, pokes her cell phone under her brastrap while she is driving and talks to me over her speaker phone. Even with this cumbersome configuration, she did not know that I was using a headset to speak with her. On my end, the sound is decent enought most of the time, with occasional but very minor crackles. Unlike other headsets I've used in the past, it works well up to a pretty decent distance from the phone before the quality slips. The fit is good, hard to go wrong, though, it comes with four different ear plug thingies. Has a nice hokey little pouch for storage, I keep all the accessories that it came with in it. The accessories include two around the ear loops which are sturdy and fit comfortably, although I wish they would have made at least one of them clear instead of both black. It also has a very useful lanyard that allows to to have the earpiece immediately at hand at all times if you don't feel like keeping it in your ear. Sure, its dorky looking walking around with a headset suspended from a lanyard on your neck, but so is walking around with a headset in the first place. Anyway, I just drop it inside my shirt most of the time. One drawback that takes getting used to: The main call button is on the side of the set that faces away from the ear, and takes a little force to activate; so, when you push it, it really crams the headset into your ear canal. It is quite uncomfortable. This is especially annoying when you try to use its 'double-click' feature, it feels very similar to someone sticking their finger into your ear. Hard. There is a work around, however: if you pinch the sides of the earpiece with your thumb and middle finger, you can stabilize it enought to keep it from stabbing into your brain by then using your index finger to activate the button. It takes a little getting used to, but once I got the hang of it, its all good. In the future, they really need to move all buttons to the top or sides of this model. Annoying, but not a deal breaker because of the work around. Overall I'm very happy with the quality and the value is fantastic.

Got one cycle of use out of this bluetooth and, since recharging, it will no longer turn on.
This is unfortunate since I really liked this headset and people I spoke with said it had great clarity over the call. Plantronics says this item has been discontinued and I now have an email out to the seller. Will post an update when I see how well & quickly they handle my issue.

You'd think with this elaborate ear design, you'd have a nice tight fit. But No! No matter which size ear plug you use, it always feels loose! But it is acceptable. The Reception is better than the 520, (But otherwise I liked the 520 Much better.)
The Main Push Button is not easy to feel. It is not raised or grooved properly to find the switch easily. So even though I've had it for over a month now, I still have to guess if I have my finger on the switch.
The Neck Lanyard Cord is an Excellent Convenience. But you have to be careful, because it catches on stuff often!
The description does not say that the Lanyard comes with it. So I unknowingly ordered an extra one.
